Identify the Root Cause of Referred Pain
Often the point at which an organization feels pain is not the source of that pain. This is known as “referred pain,” which originates from another, perhaps less obvious aspect of the organization. Like when you go to the dentist with a toothache, only to learn that the pain you feel is caused by an entirely different tooth.
